Cassie Faassen, RN / Founder
Cassie Faassen, RN, BSN, CEN is a Minnesota native and the Founder and Executive Director of Concierge Nurse Services. With over 14 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care Transport, Age Management, and IV Therapy, she combines advanced clinical expertise with a passion for redefining personalized care. A University of Texas graduate, Cassie has started more than 25,000 IVs in her career and continues to lead with precision, compassion, and innovation. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and days on the water.
Dr. Gary Schuster, Medical Director
Dr. Gary Schuster, one of the Pacific Northwest's most respected physicians, serves as the Medical Director for Concierge Nurse Services. With decades of experience in Sports, Emergency, and Concierge Medicine, Dr. Schuster plays a key role in overseeing the quality and personalized care provided to every client. He's the founder of Broadway Sports Medicine in Bellevue, Wa, where he applies the same philosophy of dedicating more time to each patient to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Kayla May, RN, Nurse Manager
Kayla is a registered nurse with 13 years of experience, originally from Upstate New York. She specializes in emergency medicine and has extensive expertise in wellness IV therapy and concierge nursing. A former travel RN, Kayla still loves to explore new places—especially when it means catching live performances by her favorite artists, Dave Matthews Band and Odesza. When she’s not caring for patients, her other passions include hiking, playing volleyball, and binge watching reality television with her dog and husband.
Jenny Bask, Operations Manager
Jenny serves as our Operations Manager. Graduating from Eastern Washington University with degree in Leadership Communications and a background in project management, she effortlessly supports the daily operations that allow our care team to do what they do best! Outside of work, she enjoys planning her next vacation, discovering new restaurants and wineries, and relaxing at home with her orange tabby cat, Louie.
Rachel Feaster, Pharmacist
Dr. Rachel Feaster is a board‑certified clinical pharmacist with dual certifications in pharmacotherapy and oncology. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the Seattle VA Medical Center. With more than 14 years of experience across pharmacogenomics, integrative medicine, oncology, ambulatory, and inpatient care, Rachel brings a versatile and patient‑centered approach. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest by boat.
Joy Olsen, CNA
Joy brings over a decade of dedicated healthcare experience to the team, with a strong background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medication Technician, and Care Coordinator. She is currently continuing her education as a nursing student at Western Governors University.
Outside of her nursing work, Joy loves spending quality time with her family, transforming her living space through home decorating, and enjoying a great day of shopping.
Denver VanPatten, CNA
My name is Denver and I was born and raised in Utah and have been working in healthcare for the past four years. I'm currently pursuing a degree in nursing because I'm passionate about caring for others and making a difference in people's lives. I'm an outgoing, bubbly, and kind person who loves staying active, meeting new people, and bringing positive energy wherever I go. I'm always excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges both personally and professionally.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi. Aliyah has 6 years of caregiving experience! Outside of work she loves crafting, spending time with her family, and helping others.
Cristina Lopez, CNA
Born and raised in Southern California, I have a passion for caregiving and for providing exceptional services to my patients. I am currently in nursing school to earn my BSN, along with my 7 years of experience as a certified nurse assistant I believe it has prepared me for my future as a nurse. During my free time, I enjoy listening to oldies and watching classic films from the 1940s and 50s. I also enjoy different eras and styles from history,
If i wasn’t in healthcare, id probably be a historian :) I love to take my dog Chiquita on walks and spend time with my cat Gus
Tiffany Roberts, RN
Originally from sunny California, I have a diverse background in public service, healthcare, and wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UC Riverside and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cal State Bakersfield. After working as a wildland firefighter and ski patroller, I transitioned into nursing, with 14 years in acute care and 3 years in PACU. Most recently, I completed my Master’s Esthetician certification. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, camping, scuba diving, and spending time outdoors with my two dogs.
Angelina Tomada, RN
Born and raised in California, Angelina has been a nurse for over 10 years. As a Registered Nurse, she has experience the Operating Room, Medical-Surgical nursing, and currently works in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where she helps patients recover safely after surgery.
Outside of nursing, Angelina enjoys Pilates, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family. She is passionate about helping others feel their best through compassionate, trusted, and exceptional care.
Kristy McQueen, RN
Originally from St. George, Utah, and graduated from Utah Tech University. Kristy has been a nurse since 2019, working in the ER and Post Op care. Kristy loves gardening, reading, traveling, hockey, and being a mom.
Heather Rasmussen, RN
Originally from Denver, Colorado and a graduate from the Denver School of Nursing. Heather has been a nurse for 18 years with experience in Med Surge/ ER and ICU. Outside of work she enjoys, mountain biking, paddle boarding, being with her family and coaching high school volleyball.
Sierra Beveridge, LMT
Originally from Utah, I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School and specialize in lymphatic drainage and scar tissue management. I'm trained in both the Chikly and Vodder methods and am always learning more about the lymphatic system to better serve my clients. When I'm not in the treatment room, I enjoy painting and spending time with my kids.
Shellena Tietjen, LMT
Shellena is a licensed massage therapist who provides personalized massage therapy to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and support recovery. With advanced training in Neurosomatic Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, she tailors each session to meet her clients' unique needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball, reading, and traveling with her family.
Sarah Christenson, LMT
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist based in Northern Utah. I specialize in relaxation and therapeutic massage, Thai foot reflexology, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, offering personalized treatments that support the body’s natural healing process, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. I’m a nature lover, animal lover, and I love yoga, hiking, and all things natural healing.
Charity Johansen, LMT
Charity is a Licensed Massage therapist and Certified Lymphatic Therapist based in American Fork. She graduated from Southwest Institute for Healing Arts in 2020 and specializes in Post-Surgical Massage. When she’s not working with clients you can find Charity performing at the various theater’s throughout Utah and Salt Lake Counties.
